Mr. Obatayo Kenny Isaac (FCA)
Chairman
Mr Obatayo Kenny Isaac is a successful businessman and a chartered accountant. He is on the board of Kentel Inc. Limited, was a representative of Prime Call in Nigeria & Africa, and an agent of Worldtel Inc. in America. He is on the board of many companies. He has attended business training locally and abroad.
Engr. Femi Babalola
Director
Engr. Femi Babalola, FNSE, FNIHE, is a civil engineer and a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He has practised engineering for over Thirty Years after graduating from the Prestigious University of Ibadan.
He is a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Nigeria (ACEN), Council of Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN), Nigeria Institute of Structural Engineers (N.I. Struct. E.), Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), and Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Highway Engineers (FNIHE). He has distinguished himself in the field of Engineering practices, having to his credit numerous projects for various clients, including the World Bank, United Nations Development Programme, Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, State Governments, institutions and Private Clients through his firm, ENTAGON ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS. He is the Chief Executive of EFBEE Contractors Ltd.
He is also the Chairman of JOGOR Centre, a leading event Centre in Ibadan.
Mr Adebowale Olumide Adisa, HND(Ins), BSc(Ins), MPLR
Director
Mr Adebowale Olumide Adisa started his insurance career in 1991. He worked with commercial bond, unity life & life insurance Limited, Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, Presidential Insurance Plc and Regency Alliance Plc in various capacity.
Mrs Peace Omowunmi Oyerinde B.Sc (Mech Engr.), PGDM, PGDE
Director
She is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Lagos State University(LASU) in 1997. She Worked with NADINA Industries, Gbagada, Lagos, and the Supreme Education Foundation, Magodo, Lagos. She is the Proprietress Cedar- wood Academy.
Mr. Moses Tunde Oyerinde MSC, MBA, FCII, FCIB, FCA, FIMC
Managing Director/CEO
He graduated from the Polytechnic Ibadan, Bsc from Joseph Ayodele Babalola University, had his MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and also had Msc from University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Nigeria and the Nigerian Council o Registered Insurance Brokers.
Mrs. Anoka Shelley Tonbra LL.B(HONS), P.N.P
Company Secretary
She was admitted into the Nigerian legal practitioners’ roll in 2007. She has been in active practice since being called to the Nigerian Bar and has achieved outstanding performance in the superior courts of record. She served as head of chambers in Gbadebo Soetan Chambers and as Associate Counsel at Rose Fields Solicitors.
Shelley Anoka is a member of the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (APNM) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
She is experienced in company restructuring, pre- and post-incorporation filing, registration of mortgages and debentures, and organising executive board meetings.
Shelley Anoka established the firm of Shelley Anoka & Associates in January 2015 with an emphasis on commercial law practice and litigation.
Mr Idowu Babatunde Waheed M.Sc, ACII, ACRIB, ACIM

Idowu Babatunde Waheed-Williams brings over two decades of comprehensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with a specialisation in marketing, underwriting, and fund management. He has served in senior executive roles across prominent insurance firms, including the Director of Business Development and Strategy at Wigma Plus Insurance Brokers Limited, Marketing Director at Dolamif Nigeria Limited, and Head of Business Development at ARM Life Plc. His leadership roles have encompassed strategic oversight of insurance operations, client relationship management, and business growth initiatives, with a commitment to ethical compliance and corporate governance.
Mr Williams holds advanced degrees in Marketing (M.Sc) from the University of Lagos and Banking & Finance (M.Sc) from Lagos State University, adding a robust academic foundation to his professional experience. His qualifications include the prestigious Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACII), Associate of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (ACRIB), and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (ACIM). Throughout his career, he has maintained strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders, ensuring compliance with standards while driving operational excellence. His expertise and dedication make him a key asset to the management team at New Season Insurance Brokers Limited, supporting the company’s commitment to client service, market innovation, and strategic growth.
Mr. Shogo Majeed Ajibade BSC, MSC, ACII, ANIM, ANIMN, FIPDIN
Executive Director
Shogo Majeed Ajibade graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and also had an MSc from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
